The Acme Network platform screens arranged in a mosaic

The Acme Network

Professional training for young people in California

Overview

ACME Network was already a reference in distance learning — and went further, expanding its platform to create a new engineering community, bringing different user profiles together in a single product.

Today the platform hosts two communities — animation and engineering — where students can publish their work, such as drawings, animations and project plans, receiving direct feedback from peers, teachers and industry professionals.

To bring theory and practice even closer together, we developed a simple, intuitive video conferencing feature that connects students and mentors in real time — allowing experienced professionals to contribute actively to projects under development.

At the client's request, 2Mundos created an exclusive feature: the "raise your hand" button, which lets students signal a question without interrupting the class at important moments — combining technology with sound teaching practice.

Challenge

ACME Network needed to expand its distance learning platform to a new engineering community, bringing different user profiles together and connecting students with mentors in real time, without losing classroom structure.

Platform interface with posts and feedback

Solution

2Mundos built a multi-community platform with work publishing, feedback between students and professionals, live video conferencing and the "raise your hand" button, which signals questions without interrupting the class.

Connected education, real experiences.Shall we create the next solution together?
