We reinvented urban mobility in São Paulo with an innovative transport model based on electric scooters, available at strategic points across the city — connecting people in a more agile, sustainable and intelligent way.
We developed the entire solution for mobile platforms (Android and iOS) plus a robust web backoffice, ensuring performance, scalability and a smooth experience for the end user.
Beyond the software, 2Mundos designed the scooters' complete IoT stack, from the electronic board design to the real-time communication solution, delivering an end-to-end product.
Challenge
The project required creating an urban mobility model for electric scooters from scratch, combining IoT hardware, mobile apps and real-time management, with no off-the-shelf solutions to adapt.
